The House prosecution team on Tuesday asked the Senate impeachment court to summon corporate records from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) pertaining to a company owned by the wife of impeached Chief Justice Renato Corona.

MANILA — The Philippines said Wednesday it had banned Filipinos from travelling to work in 41 countries and territories that had allegedly failed to provide enough safeguards to protect them from abuse.
