A direct order to President Noynoy Aquino

4 July 2010 23 Comments

Dear President Noynoy Aquino,

I understand that you are setting an example to the nation for not using wang-wang.

However, while we support Vice-President Binay, we are not yet ready to have him as our President.

I, being your boss, therefore, order you to use wang-wang effective immediately.

FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE.

Signed,

    hahaha lols

  • alkapon says:

    Tama ba kamahalan?

  • bing says:

on another note, i think he should be using his wang wang; pwede naman nyang gamitin yun. for his security ba. like you, i am not ready to have binay as president. sisi nga ako, e. i find him arrogant.

    • Silver says:

      Bing,

Nagtataka din ako na Cory boy siya then mega beso beso with the marcos family during his trip to Ilokos (recently lang ha)??? Hmmmm…..

  • ajay says:

I agree. It’s too much hassle for the President to spend time in traffic, unless me videoconferencing sa kotse? P-Noy, use your wang-wang na! :P

    • kutz says:

  • Snow says:

i admire the president because he wants to lead by example.

    • alkapon says:

      I think P-noy’s 1st move is a wrong move…

  • Ellen says:

    I like this, Reynz.

  • yogi says:

LOL! PNoy take the Queen’s order!

  • Silver says:

Just sharing my thoughts on that wang wang thingy.

  • fz says:

  • RED says:

Nice order to the President from the Queen. Ako man ,I found V-nay arrogant and too ambitious. I dont read anything about Eklat and Aling Charing anymore, where are they? Bakit walang comment si Eklat about the inauguration and the speech of P-Noy?
Don’t tell she was not invited?

  • Gio says:

I’d been contemplating on this issue. While this act poses danger and that we are not ready yet for Vnay to replace him, there is beauty in it. I see an honest, determined leader leading by example. While it called negative reactions, mostly verbal ones, it also created positive acts from people who voluntarily surrendered their wang-wangs – I for one. If he takes his act back, it is not about losing the mandhood or not because more (I bet) will criticize. He is not taking it back because the man is determined. And I don’t want him to take it back.

The man is doing a good job, a great service. Doing something good should be getting or attracting more good. Why it is becoming to be the other way around?

If I seem him on the streets, my golly wow, who am I not to show some courteousness and have the initiative to let the convoy pass?

What he does involves sacrifices – himself and his security personnel. I see his security will take a bullet for him. But I see a real man, more willing to do that, a true leader,a genuine public servant, determined to sacrifice himself for a cause no matter how small. And I believe, as always, great things come from small and humble beginnings.

I also believe, even yung mga masasamang loob magbabago ang isip gumawa ng masama sa kanya dahil what he does gives them HOPE to change, TO BE GOOD.

    Just believe and understand.

  • Mark says:

How does using the wang-wang keep the President safe? Someone please explain.

    • Akiyama says:

Using the wang wang and not stopping on the traffic lights will make the President’s convoy a moving target. A moving target is much harder to hit.

      • kutz says:

I agree with you, Akiyama. He is the president and a target of the people he might end up crossing (unless he doesn’t have any plan to cross anybody). He is putting his life at risk by making his routes and stops very predictable. Okay, so his ride is bulletproof and bombproof… but what about the people tasked to secure him? He is putting his security people at risk! I think this is a naive and irresponsible way of showing humility.

    • kengkay says:

nga naman. i still admire our president for sticking to his promise. wang wang o wala, pag may gusto talaga gumawa ng masama….masama.

  • char says:

Sana the people follow the the act of PNoy.He is not afraid to take the risk for the sake of decipline.Reyna is right the filipino people are not ready to have another president. We want PNoy and our country need him.We have to pray for his safety.
