Do you still remember the time when cops used to be soooo buntis kairitang tingnan? Not anymore. Although meron pang iba, most of them are now macho looking. Times have changed already. What I’m not sure is that, has their image changed? PNP has always been in the news. Always. I should know. Me na-i-tsismis samen ang mga tiga-Davao when we visited Beng in May 2007. They have been hugging the news all the time. So, when a friend emailed me this YouTube link, nakapasta ako sa monitor watching it. Barrio Siete thought that we would share this to you all. This is an Al Jazeera Show called 101 East that discusses the Philippine National Police. Their question?

Has the Philippines National Police taken on the role of judge, jury and executioner, all in the name of keeping the peace.
