Dear friends,
On the prodding of some non-journalists who are equally disgusted with Justice Secretary Agra’s decision, I took the initiative of writing a short petition that others could sign. It calls for the reversal of the Agra decision and also calls for his resignation/dismissal. I am attaching the link. Please do sign and help spread the word to your network of friends and professional colleagues, whether they be Filipinos or foreigners.
Salamat po!

Pretty soon, I will be known as a video analyst hahaha! Take a look at my latest find. Here’s the video grab:
That’s Andal Ampatuan Jr. when he was moved from the NBI Compound to Camp Bagong Diwa (or was it other way around? ah basta! basta nilipat sya! hahaha!), he was seen wearing the Orange chienes because he was supporting Manny Villar. In fact, according to the story ‘Abswelto kami kay Villar‘, he confirmed to ABS-CBN his support for Many Villar. This story hit the Facebook and it went around …

Don’t rob justice from us!
Students in Koronadal City light candles to demand justice for the killing of at least 32 journalists in the goriest-ever massacre on Nov. 23, 2009 in the town of Ampatuan, Maguindanao.
The backhoe used in burying the victims of the massacre now lifts a body from one of the mass graves.
Bodies of the victims of the massacre retrieved …

Zaldy and Akmad Ampatuan were cleared Saturday of the charges by the Department of Justice, with multiple murder in connection with the Nov. 23, 2009 Maguindanao massacre. Justice Secretary Alberto Agra ordered the dropping of multiple murder case against them for lack of evidence.
Should I be shocked with the news? Sabi ko na lang… “Ah, ok. Baka me project sa Maguindanao na 12-0. Question now: Who’s next for liberty, freedom and indignity to Filipinos?!“
Here’s the story:
Agra said he granted the petition for review filed by Zaldy and Akmad because there …

There is this ongoing cheezmaks online about one planned disruption daw of the election using the Amputaan. You’ll love the scenario. I don’t know if it’s true. It’s about the Amputaans.
You’d ask: WHAT?!
Oh yeah. Exactly how I reacted. I don’t want any disruption of election. I don’t want to see NO-EL. I want people to be vigilant and protect one of the most important event on May 10, 2010.
But there are rumors about the planned release of Ampatuan and this rumor is heating up online.
Here’s what’s being …

It’s interesting to see how shit scared this bloody warlord Andal Ampatuan Jr. is, begging for his lawyer not to leave him. Ahhh… when you get detached from your baby armalites and uzis, gangs in Maguindanao and daddy warlord.
Read the rest of the story here: Datu Unsay Mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr. should be happy it’s just a camera and not a backhoe

THERE are some things i don’t understand in the recent Comelec resolution approving the candidacy of some aspirants to public positions and disqualifying others similarly placed. If J.C. de los Reyes qualified as a presidential candidate, why not Nick Perlas? If Lt. (s.g.) Antonio Trillanes won as senator while confined in jail why disqualify Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim? If Col. Ariel Querubin qualified why not Lim when both are in jail?
Judges and justices who inhibit themselves from cases because of fear for their lives should be removed from the bench. …

I cannot believe what I was reading. Grisly might not be the right word. This is like Godfather VIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII to the 10th power. Here’s the excerpts:
Despite being present at the scene of the crime, the witness vehemently denied firing his gun. He said he hid in one of the vehicles so that Ampatuan Jr. could not see him, but said he witnessed what actually transpired because he took a peek once in a while.
To further bolster his claim that Ampatuan Sr. was the real brains behind the massacre, the witness …

The truth about the Cory-Ampatuan link is that there is no truth. Contrary to what Belinda Olivares-Cunanan is peddling. Here’s a reaction from a reader:
To: Isagani Yambot, Publisher
Philippine Daily Inquirer
Dear Sir,
After reading Belinda Olivares-Cunanan’s 10 December 2009 “Political Tidbits” column in the PDI, I was very alarmed to see that Mrs. Cunanan stated as a “fact” that Former President Corazon C. Aquino appointed Andal Ampatuan Sr. as OIC of Maganoy in 1986.
As an avid reader of the PDI, I am disappointed to see such an irresponsible statement printed, whether or …

Eto actually sya.

So lemme do a mala-hiphop DJ Amfa2juan, touring you in mah crib in Maguindanao (parang MTV cribs lang ito) heheh.

VIEWER DISCRETION: Not for the faint-hearted or for those who have weak stomachs.
I know I should have posted this a long time ago (well, thanks to some busyness there…argh >.<) But with the turn of events in Maguindanao: the lifting of the martial law, the rebellion charges while in fact it should be mass murder (genocide perhaps) to those bastards who ruled that place like facking Sith Lords (they made Darth Vader, Darth Maul and Emperor Palpatine looked tame and lame) and all the non-sense, unfruitful investigation pep talk …

Yan ang verdict ni Gloria about the massacre in Maguindanao to warrant martial law. Ulitin naten mga kabarrio: say it with pissed and puking attitude: Rebellion. Im fak, belib sina Santiago and Zubiri na favor sa Kongreso ang martial law. Tsk! Tsk!

If there is anything I like about Miriam Defensor-Santiago, it’s this: tawagin bang “lliterate and ridiculous” si Remonde.
Why the name calling?
Well… eto kasing Remonde, eh nag-bitaw nang statement that her opposition to martial law in Maguindanao was dahil she has one bitter fight with Interior and Local Government Secretary Ronaldo Puno. Ayun! Nag-panting ang tenga nang Miriam! Umusok at tumira ang dragonista in an interview over dWIZ radio! Nyahaha!

You see mga kabarrio, even when I wrote my Martial Law in Maguindanao entry, I thought there was something in there that’s related to the 2004 and 2007 elections. I mean, com’on! Big chika sa metropolis mga kabarrio, there will be martial law sa Maguindanao dahil di ata kaya nang gobyerness ang powers nang mga Amputa.
Kung ang pagiging hero ni Efren Penaflorida sa CNN is a testimony and proof of our dismal and failed education services sa Flippines, the declaration of martial law in Maguindanao, just the same, is a testimony and proof that Gloria’s administation has failed miserably in its governance. Por moi, she planted Amputaan for her own benefits. Now, we’re all reaping the nasty shit of this medievally …

A military’s job is to remain quiet?
I’ve been glued on TV 24 horas, listening and watching the latest on the Maguindanao massacre. It’s unbelievable how they planned this bloody carnage. It is also puke-wrenching listening to those two military personnel who were at the checkpoint who claimed that they have no clue and/or is not a part and/or they were a victim too and that given that they were afraid of their life, they chose to be quiet. Yong dalwa have not made their statements daw. Pero, un momento senor! …

Words cannot describe the tragedy in Maguindanao. We all know that politics in the Philippines is dirty and violent, but this is beyond every Pinoy’s imagination. Many have been mum in disbelief that humans were capable of this horror, let alone a generally good-natured Filipino.
The news and the images circulating around the press and the internet not only presents our country to more embarassment and prejudice, but also neglects the need for privacy and comfort of the families of those who perished. Furthermore, it can further traumatize the already bruised and beaten sense of safety and innocence.

Maybe there’s really such a thing as ‘paranoia in travel.’ Higit na umigting ito noong 9/11. Masasabing one in a million nga naman kasi ang tsansa na bumulusok sa apoy ang eroplanong sinasakyan mo – mapa A380 pa yan. But the possibility is always there, with the threat of terrorism hovering above us, all the time.

Ever since the barbaric actions happened in Maguindanao which resulted to 67 casualties – mostly women, journalists and lawyers – committed brazenly in broad daylight, I have wondered if there is still democracy in this country or perhaps, if the principles of democracy is still alive today.
What happened in that fateful day is beyond words. Not even any bit of cuss words can be said at those pathetic, no-ball barbarian bastards who just went on trigger happy – snuffing the life out of those innocents. There was not …
