Section 8. It seems true that Corona’s dollar accounts are to be kept secret unless with permission from the depositor…but it also states as an exemption to getting written permission, if deposits were exempt from attachment, garnishment, or any other order or process of any court, etc…meaning, in short, that Corona dollar deposits can be released without the depositor’s written permission…what do you think?
