Dumbass Con-Ass
I read Cat’s recent article about the recent passage of HR 1109 that was treacherously done last night by traitors, backstabbers, crocodiles and barracudas that are residing in the House of Representatives. They were very eager to cannibalize our countrymen and gang-rape our constitution behind our backs and unfortunately, while we were sleeping.
And oh boy, I belong to the ones whose blood were really boiling about this issue.
The same congressmen and women who acted as dumbass pencil pushers of this constitutional agenda that doesn’t benefit our country and bastardizing our constitution have succeeded in passing this ILLEGAL MEANS OF AMMENDING OUR CONSTITUTION.
Kumbaga, mas nayurak ang puri ng ating Inang Bayan kesa kay Katrina Halili. Gang-rape ba naman ang gawin ng mga dumbass congressmen and women ng House of Representatives. And this is the PERVERSION OF THE HIGHEST KIND!
Mas bastos pa kay Hayden Kho ang mga siraulong sumuporta sa pagpasa ng illegal na paraan ng pag-amyenda ng ating constitution. And they deserved to be impeached!
What is the usual mode of amending our constitution?
If you have witnessed the Constitutional Convention in 1987 – that is the proper way of amending our constitution. As stated in Article XVII, Section 3:
The Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of all its Members, call a constitutional convention, or by a majority vote of all its Members, submit to the electorate the question of calling such a convention.
Now, can you find any word that says Con-ass or constituent assembly in that phrase? Ang galing nila noh. Wala akong nakikitang constituent assembly sa artikulo na ito.

My dear barrio siete writers and readers, this move done by the House of Representatives is a blatant insult to our constitution, to our nation and to US, Filipinos who worked hard to earn a daily living and who tried our darndest best to uphold the laws of our land.
This is an unforgiveable perversion of our Inang Bayan. This is insane! And those sneaky bastards have done it while we were sleeping in our homes and whapack! we were induced in bulaga moment, seeing our constitution being treacherously tweaked by these foolitikos.
There should be an outrage about this. No more sleeping in the pancitan and batchoyan. We should be aware of these bastardized movements by the House of Representatives and dare to speak out our rights as Filipinos – that we, have the power to change our constitution – NOT THE DUMB ASSES IN THE CONGRESS.

Kahit magmeet ang Senate at HR as constitution assembly, ano ba ang 3/4? 3/4 ng Senate at 3/4 ng HR?
NO. it is the 3/4 of the total numbers of the Congress both Senate and HR.
Senate has 24 members while Congress has 250 or a total of 274.
Ang congressmen na nagpasa ay 225 samantalang 3/4 ay 204 lang.

I am no constitutional slash political anal-yst but I am one heck of a Filipino trying to express my sentiments about the things that our government is trying to ram down our throats.
Ang tigas ng mukha ng mga ito. Ang bibilis nila magpasa ng kung ano ano para sa kani-kanilang agenda pero ang agenda ng taong bayan e WALA.
For me, I find this con-ass ILLEGAL kasi minamanipulate nila ang lahat at ayaw nilang isama ang senado at bayan sa proseso.
