Enrile on vanishing “e-loads”, me tama sya!

27 May 2009 16 Comments

“e-loads”, like one totpik business enterprise feature all along da riles nang tren and along the lansangans in Metro-Manila. But there’s one thing annoying with “e-loads”! Hinaharbat nang lecheng telecommunications company or kung sino mang engkanto ang loads if you don’t use them at a certain time.

I know, I know… you can relate. Right?

We’ll, we’re all in good company. With Senator Enrile.

“Why are they taking it away when I don’t use my phone? Why? What is their right to confiscate my money without even so much as saying I beg your leave. That can’t be. Imagine, May 25, I had P387 load, in the evening gone,” he said. Wednesday, I loaded P600. I did not use my telephone, in the afternoon, it’s already P519. This morning, it went down to P445,” Enrile said.

Accordingly, It’s plain and simple cyberspace robbery. Irked that his mobile phone “load” disappears even without being used, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile is demanding an explanation from telecommunication companies and the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC). Enrile inquired about “e-loads” during a meeting of the Congressional Oversight Committee on the Tax Reform Program in the Senate Wednesday.

Oo nga naman! I don’t understand! I think Enrile should push for a refund! Right!?
