Feeling guilty kaya si Renato Corona?
Pano naman kase, at the rate Corona is appearing on too may live interviews, I suspect, he will soon be appearing sa Ellen deGeneres and Oprah Winfrey Show.
Corona’s term will be 8 years. Lagpas sa term ni Noynoy na 6 years. Ang problema kasi, lumalabas na magiging Arroyo Court ang Supreme Court. Napipikon na daw sya. Iisa lang naman ang solusyon dun, he could have declined the appointment at hinayaan na lang si Noynoy Aquino ang mag mini-mini-mayni-mo.
Kaya bumanat ba nang media blitz ang Corona. 3 days pa lang sa office, nagtinda agad nang tocino.
Nakatanggap sya nang isang malaking Tse! sa isang UP Professor na si Theodore Te. Sabi ni Te, this is the 1st time ever na me nagtindang tocino na tiga Supreme Court considering na kelangan daw careful nga dapat ang mga magistrates and avoid sunlight para di masunog ang undue influence.
Simple lang naman daw ang issue sabi ni Te. Dahil nga ang high court is supposed to speak through its written decisions and opinions and not making dak-dak over the televisions.
Of course naman, sa mga walang prenong dakdak over the airwaves, baka mamaya kung ano ano nang pronouncements and may I say mo over the airwaves at ma-quote ka pa.
“When the Chief Justice talks about his opinion outside of the proceedings in the court, there is the danger of his saying something undue, perhaps in answer to a question that may not be contextualized,” Te said in an interview after Corona appeared in two GMA 7 programs Wednesday.
So, eto na nga. Pumalya.
Corona may have violated the Code of Judicial Conduct on Tuesday when, in response to a question over dzMM radio’s “Dos Por Dos,” he gave his personal opinion that the PET could not be abolished because it was allowed under the Constitution. Then, realizing that the petition filed by Ms Arroyo’s former election lawyer Romulo Makalintal to abolish the PET had yet to be ruled upon, he backtracked.

I am really disappointed to Justice Corona, instead na huwag siyang pumasok sa political arena nina PGMA at Noynoy e nagpakapulitiko siya sa pagpapayag sa pag-appoint sa kanya pero marami pang solusyon dyan kahit naiappoint na siya ni PGMA at nakapagsworn in.
Pwede siyang magdecline, or magfile ng resignation para me vacancy or pwede niyang sabihin na respeto lang kaya niya inaaccept kahit pwedeng tanggihan.
Ang problema laging sinasabing independent ang Supreme Court pero maraming beses na nating alam na naiimpluwensyahan ito sa simpleng pagtawag lang ni PGMA o ng mga mayayamang tao na may koneksyon.
Paano na maaalis na ang hustisya sa Pilipinas ay nabibili at naiimpluwensyahan.
Ang solusyon dapat talaga dito ay hayaan na lang ang mga justices na sila-sila na lang ang magpilian at hindi na ang executive branch pero constitutional reforms pa ito at matagal pa.
Hay ang tao nga naman nawawala ang balanse at talino kapag pansariling interes na ang nananaig.
Hmm Impeachable offense ba yung sinabi no Corona nung Teusday?
that expression on corona’s face, the “suplado” look is one of the judicial decorum every judge observes to preserve authority/command and the good public image. Naah, enough, they won. And I don’t like it. I feel so disgusted. While I try to make a better and fair living, ayun sila, always leading by worst examples.
GMA is always a few steps ahead of everyone. Bat ba natin hinahayaan insultuhin nya tayo lagi? can somebody launch an on-line hate campaign on Arroyo till we reach millions in numbers. or meron na ba? they have the thickest face e!!!
o kaya, let’s raise funds to hire an assassin to end this misery.
