Freddie Roach threatened to quit over Manny Pacquiao’s meeting with Manny Villar

17 November 2009 10 Comments

As a private citizen, Manny Pacquiao has the same free will, just like anybody, to endorse whoever he likes in the coming elections. Same thing with politicians – they have the free will to ask anyone to endorse them. And given that Manny has already said several times that he wants to be in politics, it must be tough to be a “Manny Pacquiao” to juggle these politician’s around him. I’m sure, each one of them will be willing to help Manny be in politics, an lagay ba eh, you know. Now, add Manny’s close association with Gloria. Makes you think if Manny will throw his support to Gibo to please the administration, right? But at the moment, ngayon pang champion na naman si Manny, he continues to be a magnet for politicians. I’m curious who is he going to support. Will he go for Manny Villar? Gibo? Switch allegiance to Noynoy? Ok. I just have to put that in hehehe! Charing lang hahaha!

Anyway…

I got this from Noy-Pi Ako site. This video looked like was taken before the storm, in Baguio. In the video, Freddie Roach was concerned about the weather in Baguio, and talked Manny Pacquiao into moving out of the storm-ravaged city as soon as possible. The next day, however, Roach discovered that Pacquiao had changed his mind, as he was busy chatting with Sen. Manny Villar. I don’t know what they were talking about of course. It was not discussed in the video.

Manny, ok ka na sa boxing. You’re damn good at it. If you want to help the poor, so be it but to think about being in politics to be able to do this is off the board.

    Keep on punching!

Be careful with the people you are dealing with, especially the politicians na mega dikit sa iyo.

If you want to serve your countrymen, THEN POLITICS IS NOT THE WAY.

    that’s true blue..

somehow may maipagmamalaki tayo. somehow narerecognize ang bansa natin. na if you were in the other country at tinanong kung tagasan ka at sinabi mong Philippines, hindi sila sasagot na “oh I see” na yun tipong oh i see yung third world country.. but yung tipong “oh I see, so you know Pacman, the great boxer..?”

di ba ???? that’s enough for me!! something to be proud of!
