“What has she done wrong?’’ Apparent President-elect Benigno “Noynoy’’ Aquino III posed this question to the thousands who logged on to an online petition on Facebook for his sister, television host and actress Kris Aquino, to fulfill a promise to leave the country if he won the presidency. Aquino is currently leading by more than 5 million votes his closest rival, ousted President Joseph Estrada, in the partial tally of the Commission on Elections. “She is a citizen of the republic, she has not committed any crime, why should she leave the country? You just can’t please every one,’’ said Aquino in a press conference here. Kris, in the heat of an altercation with Ruffa Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama two months ago, said she would gladly consider leaving the country if she turned out to be a “cause of stress” for her elder brother if he won the presidency, A “despedida’’ page on Facebook was launched shortly after it was clear that Aquino had run away with the presidency, and more than 7,000 have signed on, asking Kris to live up to her promise. But Aquino appeared to be taking the online petition seriously. “If my sister leaves, the lives of my nephews (Joshua and Baby James) will be disrupted. For what reason? What did she do? What are the allegations that she did wrong? There is no allegation but they want punishment; I don’t think that’s fair,’’ said Aquino. In the same press conference, Aquino refused to be cornered into making a final declaration on whether he would settle down with his girl friend, Valenzuela City Councilor Shalani Soledad. “The SONA (State of the Nation Address) first,’’ said the 50-year-old bachelor when asked when he would get a First Lady. He said that he did not relish the idea of having a child out of wedlock and that the right way was to get married first. Aquino on Friday broke a two-day hiatus inside his ancestral home at Hacienda Luisita and announced that he would be back in Manila on Saturday to meet a cancer-stricken supporter. “I will meet a child who is suffering from cancer and who happens to be a very strong supporter of mine. I really want to give some comfort to the kid who stood by me and who campaigned for me for such a long time,’’ said Aquino. Aquino is hoping to take a small break after concluding his meetings with his staff and to give in to the recommendation of his security team to move less until his proclamation. “Something might happen to me if I am not yet proclaimed. We shouldn’t risk unnecessarily the aspirations of the people who supported us by taking unnecessary chances,’’ said Aquino.

Then shifted to a QC Manager from Phil to South Asia and later bacame Deputy Country Manager of one of the biggest European company. i think it would be best kung aalis nga si manay kris… kasi if ever she’ll stay in the country pag pyepyestahan lang siya ng intriga… magiging achilles hill siya ni noynoy… being in the showbiz industry where rumors is always heavily present palagay ko it would be really difficult for both of them… not only for kris but also for noynoy…
I always find Kris entertaining. I think ok lang na hindi umalis si Kris ng Pinas dahil she can be a great consultant kapag may mga state dinner at parties. Yun lang po, bow…

I guess the simple message here is for Kris to manage herself and her demeanor so as to clarify and distinguish… what is “Really Government” and what is “Reely Showbiz”…. and help his brother deliver well the former…
tama na nga yan…wala namang sinabi si kris na agad2x siyang umalis,,ang sabi nya kung siya ang dahilan ng may masasabi ni noy aalis nlng siya sa country natin…di ba ? di pa naman na-sstress si noy kay kris asa of now..abangan nlng natin kung may gagawin si kris na nakaka-stress kay Noy2x saka natin paalisin siya..
I really like Cris and I think the detractors are just inggit sa fame and fortune and her family’s connection. Mother ko ex-pres, bro ko landslide Pres. at 2010 election and she is up there with the most top rated shows with all her Gucci and Channel bags. Kung ako siya, I’ll say tse niyo rin mamatay kayo sa inggit!!!
I think its better if she gets out of the scene this time.
