BTW, there’s a blog who listed a lot of people who have the same last name as mine, honestly, I have no clue who they are. Some of my FB friends from Seattle, Iloilo, Cebu and Davao who have the same last name are just that. Parehas lang kaming magaganda. So, don’t be alarmed. Everything is being handled.

Not necessarily. If she didn’t apply, she wouldn’t be granted one. Besides, she needed to do 5 years residency in France (the law today) in order to fill the first step, which she hasn’t done at all.
