But if he fails, he will create one, and make it appear so real by distorting the facts. In politics, it does not matter whether an accusation against a politician is true or not. What is important is, one is able to smear his enemy's name. A small but well publicized issue of corruption is often enough to ruin one's reputation. It is sad to say that Manny Villar is a victim of this. If someone is determined to find a mistake against another person, he will do whatever it takes to find one.
