Is that supposed to be the ‘IN’ look or is she suffering from an eating disorder?

For your information, Rachel Zoe is one of the most influential personalities in the world of fashion. Her clientele include A-list celebrities like Jennifer Garner, Cameron Diaz, Debra Messing, Kate Beckinsale, Joy Bryant and more. She also has a reality show called “The Rachel Zoe Project”.
In Hollywood, being thin is oftentimes the trend. Actors are striving hard to lose weight because, unfortunately, the standard of beauty has always been ‘thin’. Although there are ‘bigger’ celebrities out there, it’s still better if you weigh less. Fashion today is supporting plus-sizes for women but in fact, majority of the designers only produce sample sizes for thinner models and seldom do they reproduce it for women in plus sizes.

Celebrities even go so far as to check into a hospital and receive an IV so they can completely avoid eating for a few days. These people, our so-called role models, think it’s more important to be thin and dangerously unhealthy than it is to be thin and healthy. (articlesbase)

The pressure of getting thin in Hollywood and also in the real world has claimed lives in the past, and just recently, actress Brittany Murphy’s death is being linked to it.
I hope this won’t get worse.
There’s nothing wrong with getting thin as long as we do it the right and healthy way. If you could, ask the assistance or help of a dietician or a fitness expert. The most important thing though is to stay healthy at the same time happy no matter what size you are.

is is the ‘gurl’ behind “The Misadventures of Mel Beckham”. ‘She’ graduated with a double major in Management and Entrepreneurship. ‘She’ grew up in the city but now lives in the bukid near barrio siete juggling work as a farm manager, office secretary, messenger, construction worker, housemaid, make-up artist and babysitter. Despite ‘her’ busy schedule, ‘she’ finds the time to blog in between work, and errands using ‘her’ primitive mobile phone. ‘She’ plans to take ‘her’ MBA soon but ‘her’ multiple jobs prevent ‘her’ from doing so unless going to school will get ‘her’ paid to pay for ‘her’ utangs. Before ‘she’ dies, ‘she’ hopes of owning a pair of Louboutins, and landing on the cover of Vogue, kahit sa Vogue India lang. Whichever comes first.
