Rumors on planned Ampatuan release heating up online
There is this ongoing cheezmaks online about one planned disruption daw of the election using the Amputaan. You’ll love the scenario. I don’t know if it’s true. It’s about the Amputaans.
You’d ask: WHAT?!
Oh yeah. Exactly how I reacted. I don’t want any disruption of election. I don’t want to see NO-EL. I want people to be vigilant and protect one of the most important event on May 10, 2010.
But there are rumors about the planned release of Ampatuan and this rumor is heating up online.
Here’s what’s being discussed online somewhere between the greater meridian time zone ang pasig river. Of course it depends on who you talk to. It’s reliable on one side, it’s unreliable on the other side. Then again, that’s been how my cuteness factor been discussed anyway. But as juicy as it is, it’s up to you to judge if there are traces of truth on the juiciness of these online chit-chats.

Well, accordingly, the Ampatuans will likely be released on bail. Since this is not going to sit well for our country, that chaos will hopefully stop the election.
There are also rumors, picked on the chitchat line, that the Ampatuans have paid some “media” personnel not to have the Ampatuan cases placed in the front pages of some newspapers as well and that only the foreign press are following the case closely.
How true? Lalabas kaya to sa The Buzz?
Anyway, the theory goes that, once the bail daw is denied by [blank], [blank] will take it to COA and then the appointees will sort of influence COA daw with lobo ang babolgam, and with the help of [insert small name here], the Ampuputas will be out on bail. Tra-la-la.
I’m sure we have lawyer readers here in B7. I’m curious kasi why murder is even bailable. I thought, it’s considered a non-bailable offense. Besides, just how many deaths were there?!

Eh kasi naman di ba si Datu Unsay (Andal Jr) pa lang ang nasasampahan ng kaso? It was multiple murder charges so hindi talaga bailable.
But the rest of the respondents are just subjects of a preliminary investigation to determine probable cause. Meanwhile, they are all detained without a single case filed against them all. The people’s tax money are used to provide for their detention – free room and board. I hope the prosecutors are much more aggressive than this.

Parang mali talaga ang strategy ng prosekusyon na sampahan na agad ng rebellion ang mga Ampatuan. It should have been multiple murder muna sa mga actual na nandun and then accessory at conspiracy to commit murder dun sa ibang alipores…
Kasi di ba kapag nagsampa ka ng kaso, ilalahad mo lahat ng evidence na nasa kamay mo against sa accused, davah? Eh kapag naunang nag trial ang rebellion case at nag motion to suppress ang abogado ng mga Ampatuan dahil hindi nag follow ng proper procedure ang otoridad sa pag gather nung evidences, patay na if the court grants the motion to suppress. Pag ang isang hurado pinayagan ang motion to suppress the evidence, I doubt that another judge will rule differently.
