Samoa. Where one tsunami swept one day. No warning. No nothing. This is the American Samoa. Where the United States sent million and millions of dollars to prepare the island for emergency like this. Yet, somehow, those millions disappeared of about $13 million in disaster preparedness grant. The allegations are that some of those monies were used to pay for “extra personnel”. In the Philippines, its spelled “ghost employees”. Hahaha! In fact, if you spell Samoa backwards, its spelled Flippines. Eeek mali! Sorry. Its spelled DDSW hahaha! Anak nang leche! Kahit saan talaga oo! I’m telling you, trapos influence reaches far beyond the island of Samoa. Watch this one.
Killer wave, no warning.
