Typhoon Santi now out in the China Sea
I’m not a weather forecaster, but just like everyone, I have been monitoring the map on the Weather Channel and it looked like the storm Santi, just passed by Luzon.
In fact, the reddish part of the storm actually became smaller. I hear this most of the time from the weather forecasters that when these storms makes a landfall, typically they lose the punch. I don’t know if that’s what happened here. But it looked like it’s over.
It must be very interesting to be a weather forecaster. Kung pwede lang ngang ilagay sa imbudo all these wind power, me alam akong lugar sa Pasig to divert all of this wind power. Me mahilig dun sa power. Hehehe!

And talking about power, Line 1 (Monumento-Baclaran) of the Light Railway Transit was hit by power outage, a radio report said. The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) cannot fully supply the electricity needed for the full operation of LRT 1, the report said. It was not clear when power will be restored. Eeeek! The operation of LRT line 2 (Santolan-Recto) might also be shut down after Meralco advised the LRT operators that they could only supply electricity to three of the line’s substations. Aray kuh! Typhoon Santi almost pulled all our plants sa frontyard. I hope wala ng susunod pa…please…kakalinis lang namin ng aming bahay…
