Camarines Sur, truly becoming the most vibrant place in Bicol Region. International pa. And I tell you, this place is gorgeous. Waiting to be discovered sa hindi pa nakakapunta sa pinaka-sushal na lugar sa Bikol. But apart from the beautiful things going on merong other things happening.

Sa second reading nang Senate kahapon, na-apprub ang bill na payagan na mag-karon nang bagong distrito ang probinsya nang Camarines Sur. Under this bill, and First District eh lalagariin – yong isa with a population of 250,000 at yong pangalawa, 170,000. Kulang lang nga sya nang 80,000 katao para makapag-comply sa 250,000 population requirement for a congressional district.

Eto ang cheezemaks: ang problema daw po mga ka-barrio: very suspicious daw ang move na hatiin ang distrito dahil ang move daw na to is seen to benefit presidential son Diosdado “Dato” Arroyo, the incumbent congressman of the province’s first district para daw mapaligaya naman si Budget Secretary Rolando Andaya, na nati-tsismis na tatakbo sa Congress again. I guess eto na yong “utang na loob” defined in Philippine Politics?

Philippine Politics?…Just take a look at the face of Gloria Arroyo.. then, you can define it easily.

  • Maldito says:

As always, Philippine Politics is nothing but a piece of joke…wish we all can wake up in this bad dream….as Mikey said, “Lawyer ko nalang ang sasagot sa inyu”..lols

  • Ateneo de Manila should be blamed for this!

1)Dato was told to leave ADMU.

2)Dato had to enroll in Ateneo de Naga to complete his studies.

    3) Dato then became a “Bicolano” to become a politician.

4)Dato got Angdaya’s seat when the latter became the budget secretary.

  • Mr Nonsense says:

considering na relatively bata pa ang democratic system sa pinas, plus continous disruption sa government due to coups and corruption, plus ang kultura (utang na loob, lagay, sipsip, kamag-anak/kaibigan, prejudice)is imbeded na sa politics, plus enabling ang population sa ganyan (tuloy ang lagay, tuloy ang prejudice, tuloy ang boto sa artistang walang alam,..)….it will take a complete overhaul. or unless na yung nunal ni arroyo ay magmukhang virgin mary, madaling magka-feeling ng hopelessness ang mga pinoy.

    • reyna elena says:

i remember mr. nonsense, nung napa-alis si mr. marcos, kala ko moral renewal, good governance, wala rin – i can’t forget the so many coup attempts by honasan sa gov’t ni aquino.

then, they sent erap to jail – kala ko, start na talaga nang clean government because eto na – we are truly putting crooks to jail – yun pla drama lang. in the end, mangurakot ka, ok lang.

hindi lang back to zero tayo.

      back to negative 0

  • Monique says:

Making another congressional district means more budget for that city or province. Pero bakit ganun? why not start with bigger and more progressive cities?

Samantalang sa Davao City 1st district, which has over a million population, eh nagkakagera na sa city council dahil ayaw ng ibang politiko na hatiin into two.

Ang dapat di ginagawa for whatever personal reasons, ang di dapat eh ginagawa for whatever personal reasons pa rin. hahaha! only in da pilipins.

  • Snow says:

Gawin ba namang ‘pizza-pie’ ang Pinas? Onli in the Filipins! Ay sus, yang pamilya ni Gloribee feeling sa kanila ang pearl of the orient! *shrug head*

  • promking says:

  • Chi says:

more districts, more independent budgets, more budgets, more ehem! hayz! obyus na obyus dava? katulad sa quezon gusto ring hatiin kaya lang wawa nman yong southern parts (eg. parteng mulanay) kung gagawin yon. walang pagkukunan ng budget. di bale yong parteng pagbilao and lucena(class A)pano nman yong walang pagkukunan ng income? buti na lang di natuloy yon… palagi na lang kasi nasa isipan ng politicians e sariling kapakanan hindi yong kapakanan ng bayan at taong bayan e. ay ambot!
