The 12-0 result in Maguindanao in favor of the GMA candidates was in 2007.
Gordon run under GMA K-4 party in 2004. The result in Maguindanao for the Senatorial Elections was 9-3 in favor of the K-4 candidates. Hussin from K-4 was first followed by Dilangalen from the opposition KNP. Other opposition candidates in the top 12 are Jinggoy Estrada (8th) and Enrile (11th). Gordon ranked 9th.
There was no reported cheating in the Senatorial result in Maguindanao in 2004.

napakaliit lang po ng Olongapo. pwede mo nga itong malibot ng 2 oras kung may sasakyan ka. kaya nga, entertainment ang main business ng Olongapo noong panahon ng Base Naval. kasi wala pong space para sa factory or mga manufacturing firm. yung kahabaan po ng Magsaysay Avenue, paikot hanggang palengke, yon lang po ang business area, meron din sa kahabaan ng Gordon Avenue na mga establishment, pero aside from that, residential area na po ang pangkalahatang nasasakupan ng Olongapo. Napapalibutan ho ito ng dagat at bundok. kaya huwag niyo pong ikumpara sa Quezon City at Davao.
